Introducing Carlie

Carlie has been working for Bowmore Financial Planning since December 2013. She started as Personal Assistant to one of the directors, providing research, producing client reviews and suitability reports. She is now Admin Team Leader and manages a small team of administrators.

Her role involves managing day-to-day workflow within the team as well as developing and establishing processes to help the business run as efficiently as possible.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I enjoy developing processes and working on various projects to keep the back-office system as robust and efficient as possible.

What would you say is your best quality?

As a team leader, I am very approachable and happy to get stuck in, helping the team with whatever is needed.
